Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients:

2 pounds of chicken tenders, thighs, or breasts
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:
1 stick of butter
8 to 10 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan
1 tablespoon of hot sauce (adjust to taste)
2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes
1/3 cup of fresh parsley, minced
Chicken Seasonings:
2 teaspoons of paprika
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Directions:
Prepare and Assemble the Chicken Skewers:
Begin by soaking wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning.
In a small bowl, combine the chicken seasonings and set aside.
Cut the chicken into 3-inch pieces and toss them in olive oil and the prepared spice mix.
Thread the seasoned chicken onto the skewers tightly, ensuring there’s no space in between each piece.
Craft the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:
Heat the butter and minced garlic until partially melted, then incorporate the red pepper flakes, hot sauce, minced parsley, and grated Parmesan, whisking until a harmonious blend is achieved.
Cooking the Chicken:
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook the skewers in the air fryer for 5 minutes, then flip them, baste with the prepared sauce, and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
Flip the skewers again, baste with the sauce once more, and continue cooking until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit, approximately 5-6 more minutes.
