Strawberry Cobbler with Brown Sugar Pecan

 

Ingredients:

For the Strawberry Filling:

6 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Toss until the strawberries are evenly coated in the sugar mixture.
